GARMENT MERCHANDISER

Job Description:

Perform tasks as required by the Department Head and handle any arising duties throughout the order management process.
Responsible for overseeing the entire production order (at the factory or designated production units), including commercial orders from the moment they are received from the Sales Department until delivery is completed and full payment is made.
Coordinate with the Sales Department to collect complete order information: fabric samples, designs, technical specifications, quantities by product group, and detailed size charts.
Based on order quantities, prepare a Purchase Order Request (PDX) and send it to the Purchasing Department for material preparation.
Compile color charts, create Material Requirements (BOM), Production Plan, and Material Dispatch Slips according to the approved technical standards.
Serve as the main point of contact between internal departments and/or domestic and international customers to ensure production timelines and timely delivery.

Graduate of College/University (preferably in Apparel, Textile Engineering, Production Management, or related fields).
Proficient in English, especially in production environments and working with international clients.
Strong organizational, time management, and flexible problem-solving skills.
High responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive in work.
Willingness to learn and collaborate well with relevant departments.

Experience as a Merchandiser in the garment industry or handling export orders is a plus.
Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing techniques, fabric classification, and production processes.
