Job Description:

• Sew sample products according to patterns, technical documents, and requirements from the Design/Technical Department.
• Read and understand tech-packs, specifications, and sewing instructions to ensure the sample products meet the required sewing standards, size, fit, and quality.
• Coordinate with the Pattern, Technical, and Design departments to check, adjust, and finalize samples to ensure feasibility for mass production.
• Proactively identify technical errors, suggest sewing methods, fabric handling processes, and propose improvements to optimize time and productivity in sample sewing.
• Ensure sample products meet aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements before handing them over to the mass production department.
• Maintain machinery and equipment, keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sample sewing or industrial sewing techniques (preferably with experience in corporate uniform production).
• Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines: single needle, overlock, Kansai, button sewing machine, post-bed machine, etc.
• Precise sewing skills, neat stitches, and quick, efficient fabric handling.
• Ability to read technical drawings, size specifications, and sample production processes.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible for each product.
• Good teamwork skills, ability to coordinate well with other departments in the sample production process.
• Improvement-driven mindset, eager to learn, and contribute to enhancing the sample production process.
