1. Overview

Development History

1973–1975: Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Corporation was established in 1973 with two garment factories. After 1975, the Ministry of Light Industry renamed these two factories into Export Processing Zone Garment Factories.
1980: In June 1980, the Ministry of Light Industry of Vietnam decided to merge the two factories and established the Nha Be Garment Enterprise. At that time, the workforce consisted of about 200 employees.
1992–2005: In March 1992, the Ministry of Industry decided to establish Nha Be Garment Company based on the former garment enterprise. The company was equitized in 2005.
2008: In October 2008, the company changed its name to Nha Be Garment Corporation – JSC (NBC) and launched a new brand identity.
2010–2012: During this period, NBC established FOB and ODM centers to enhance its competitiveness in the market.
2015–Present: In 2015, NBC promoted the implementation of lean production models and a comprehensive Lean ERP monitoring system. Currently, NBC operates with 37 member units and nearly 30,000 employees working across various sectors nationwide.

FOB Division

The FOB department encompasses all essential business infrastructure and internationally standardized manufacturing facilities, producing core products such as men’s and women’s suits, wool coats, dresses, sportswear, and various fashion items. The FOB center provides materials either as designated by clients or sourced internally through international and local suppliers.

NBC’s sample sewing room is fully equipped and staffed by skilled technicians capable of meeting all customer product sampling needs. Additionally, NBC employs a team of multilingual professionals with years of experience in garment production management, retail, and design.

All these are distributed across more than 37 advanced and specialized manufacturing facilities located throughout Central Vietnam, the Central Highlands, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Mekong Delta.

ODM Division

With many years of experience, NBC’s ODM division offers a full-service package, including design, fabric sourcing, trend forecasting, sample making, technical support, sales, and comprehensive export capabilities through its owned factories in Vietnam. We provide a diverse range of products including men’s and women’s formal wear, coats, suits, dresses, shirts, blouses, and other high-end fashion items.

Raw Material Supply

NBC partners with reputable global manufacturers and suppliers to ensure a diverse and suitable range of raw materials. Regular research and evaluation are conducted to select materials based on quality and trend relevance.

In addition to sourcing fabric, buttons, threads, zippers, fibers, and cotton from top-tier suppliers worldwide, NBC also operates its own raw material production system. This enables NBC to maintain a modern, ready-to-serve raw material warehouse for all processing, ODM, and FOB orders globally.
