PATTERN MAKER (TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT)

Working Hours: Office hours (Mon-Sat)

Job Description

Study original samples or technical documents provided by customers to develop patterns for all sample stages: development, fit, size set, SMS (salesman sample), PP (pre-production), and production patterns.
Design patterns using specialized software (Gerber), complete digital patterns, and create paper patterns when required.
Modify patterns/samples based on customer requests (fit/form corrections, size grading).
Coordinate with other departments (sample, production, quality control) to ensure timeline and quality standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

College or University degree in Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in software: Gerber, CorelDRAW.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, passionate about pattern making and fashion; able to respond quickly to feedback.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic English communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Starting salary: VND 10–15 million gross.
